0.1 is a serious offence, the likely penalty is suspension of your driver licence and a fine. Having a lawyer is unlikely to alter the penalty as anything said in mitigation will only have a small effect. You could say it yourself, apologise for the error, state it was an error in judgment and say you have never done this before and certainly will not do it again.
Depending on your state expect 9 to 12 months suspension and $600 to $1000 fine.
