Further developments in this case: A copy of my complaint has been sent to the box hell hospital and awaiting response by mid November. I do not have faith that they will be truthful in there reply and thus means further on goings to take place.

Just like to clarify on what Martin said in his comments. If a doctor fails to provide a duty of care and causes harm or worse, that doctor regardless of if we are going to have no more doctors or what, should be removed from the medical practicing world. Deregistered. It is that simply. I will not again put my life in the hands of one of these doctors. You don’t just spare a doctor simply, because they are doctors. I feel the need to say this.

And I have to agree with you, as I said there are complaints tribunals in place to do just as you suggest, however to act they need facts, and evidence. Opinions however sincerely held do not cut it without the evidence.
