Hi rjm. The respone from the hospital was that they totally understand me and are on my side, this is in their words. They have offered me help via the hospital, but l do not have any trust with the box hell hospital, and of course, why would l. This may all sound fine and ok, but somehow l feel this is not so the way it sounds. I just feel this is a method used to soften the blow and to defues this matter, somehow. I thank you for your advice and will take it, so that the right channels have taken place. Of course this may end up in court and this then will show that l have taken the correct steps in trying to resolve my case.
I am in the care of other doctors as we speak and l count my lucky stars that l get better.
This case is currently being reviewed. The team at the Box Hell Hospital, have been of no help and have tried to sweep this under the carpet. Does anyone really care out there. What a cold cold world.
Glad to see someone else with dramas at box hill hospital. my partner went in for kidney stones to be removed, they couldn't find them suddenly and we are sure he would have felt them if he passed them, he still gets the pain but even worse for 10weeks after the operation he was in pain where he could not do basic tasks, he couldn't work and we couldn't even be together as he felt like his insides were pulling. Turned out they left some drainage tube in by accident, they claimed that they had sent letters to tell him to come back in but after visiting emergency with the pain nothing had still been done until I pushed like anything, yet another operation and it was out but he still can not do full duties at work and yet he owns the business, bending over and picking things up is still painful and it makes me sad right now as we are expecting our first child together (we both have children from previous relationship) and I worry about him not being able to pick up his own child much.
I came on here for family law area and medical to ask about anyone else having issues with box hill too. They has been no remorse when dealing with them.
I'm looking to find out if this something we can look at legally and how and who is best lawyer preferably no win no fee as we are so drained financially fighting for residency of my children.

I truly understand and feel for you, also l know exactly what your partner is going through. All cover ups on the hospitals part and they make it sound like they have done absolutely nothing wrong. Liars liars liars, that’s what l have encountered with this hell of a hospital and also l have seen their very smart and sleek sarcasm which is totally a joke. It may work on a 2 year old, but not me. It has now been over 9 months and l am unable to recover from the procedure that Dr HG performed in January 2009. I have had test after test, many CT Scans, CT IVP Scan which l was not very comfortable with as it made me a little sick.
We are unable to find what this doctor has done to me. I have had infections after infections and they come and go, bleeding in my number ones, discomfort, stinging while urinating, pain in my ureter, pain in left kidney, this is unreal. Only if Dr HG had listened too me and gave me what was rightfully mine, a CT Scan as l asked for it, l would not be in the situation that lm in right now.
I have spoken to many people and also friends and they said too me, the only reason you go to this hospital is, if you want too die. WOW. Well l don’t want to die just yet so people, keep away from the box hell hospital, ON ALL ACOUNTS. So this means they are not good in taking care of people in need of medical care.
A class law suit is an option we all have and l strongly believe this to be the way in someway to move forward. (Do people think if speeding drivers where not given infringement notices, do you think they would learn.) These so called doctors are left to do whatever they want and almost nothing can be done about it. Since 2003 when the law changed about situations like this, the doctors have no fear. They can not be sued for their incompetence, negligence, assaults and so on. You need to be over 5% physical impaired or 10% psychological impaired to get the crumbs that fall from the bread. This law needs to be corrected yesterday!
I still do not know when and if l will recover from this terrible experience.

Unless you're either famous or very rich you're bad surgical result is treated like necessary collateral damage.The surgeons tell themselves that the people they help make up for the people they injure.
JaLa if they're avoiding a diagnosis you may need to go interstate to get the scans you need,and more importantly have them reported on honestly.The scan report is only one persons opinion of the scan,you need someone seperate to the hospital to write the report.
Hi hepburn, is might be a good thing if more people come forward regarding this terrible hospital, we can take up a class action against them. So if anyone else has had issues with the box hell hospital, please make yourself known on here. Thank you.
Hello rjm, l really do feel for you and what you have gone through with your terrible ordeal. You still try and see if there is anything that can be done too help you. I will not give up and fight this matter to the end and make sure people like you and l can have a good ending!
Cheers JaLa.You'll laugh at this-i actually live in Box Hill but i haven't even bothered trying to get treatment there.I've seen enough from being there with friends.One time i was in the waiting room and an old man was wheeled in.They stuck him on a bed in a corner of the waiting room and left him there,in full view.The poor thing was really old,looked almost dead.He was groaning in pain and shaking,after half hour of listening to him i couldn't stand it and walked over and held his hand.He was ice cold so i went and asked for a blanket for him.The nurse gave me a "who the #### are you" look but thankfully did go and put a blanket on him.3 hrs later when i left the waiting room he was still there.Except for the blanket no one had been near him.
Hi rjm, l know what you mean. I have seen the same things from this hell called a hospital. Now is it the state or federal government that are not providing the funding to make these places better, or are they just that screwed up all on their own accord. Either way, they should not be the way they are. I will not give in too these freak shows, l will stand and make a mess of these clowns! Expose them too as many people as l can, make it a high profile to make people aware of such care they are providing, and try and limit the amount of people killed and or harmed by these so called professionals, at the box hell hospital!
As my wise Dad once said,you can't make an educated assessment of something if your not given all the information.Thanks to the way our Gov goes about it's business we never get all the info.Really need to know what sort of wages the Box Hill Hospital and others are paying their top level staff.Maybe that's where some of the funding goes.
Yes it does appear that the high enders are recieving nice and healty packets. Also the hospital is concerned in cutting their costs rather than helping the people in need of care. I do not see just that these high enders get such high pays and others suffer for a crappy pay pack of around $550 per week. We all need each other on this planet and the pay rate of everyone should be controlled regardless of what your work position is. This planet has lost the plot now and for many years ago. Its all about money money money, who cares if you die or anything else. Let people truly work for the love of working not the love on money. The first thing people learn in their training, schooling and so on is to learn how to steal, rip off and take advantage of others. No wonder why our Lord has turned away. No one wants too see this sort of crap going on.

Thanks to being on a disabilty pension at 35 i've plently of time on my hands to be a general thorn in their sides.If they did sue me they'd get nothing,because they've refused to fully diagnose and treat my injuries i haven't been able to work since '03 so there's no cash for them.
Isn't going to make me better but it may help others avoid their lies,theft and collusion in future.
I really would talk to a lawyer before you go posting names on here though.Getting myself in trouble is one thing,i'd never push anyone else to do the same.
I must point out that the owner of this board will not allow a situation to exist where he may be sued. So any such posts will be removed.
That said there are medical tribunals and complaint mechanisms in place. I am aware that it involves jumping through hoops, however if that was not the case it would not be long before every doctor in the country ceased practice because of invalid complaints from persons who are not quite right in the head.
Sure there are valid complaints, and the job of the medical complaints people is to sort these out from the multitude of other ones. If you have the evidence you have to work at it, nothing is easy in this area.

Hi guys and thank you for your replies. I have evidence that clearly show the doctor, Dr HG has made a very big stuff up on me. It has all been covered up and only lies from their mouths. Martin O, although l have issues with my head, l still know when unjust things take place. No degrees, qualifications or masters degrees can show lm unfit to know what is unjust. This case needs to be settled, as does, simply, any other case does.
Who cares whether it is a mechanic in question or doctor. People need to know who these thugs are. Just like on TV, a current affair and so on. You can’t just go ripping off people, health wise or any other way.
As of this stage l have not mentioned any of the thugs in question, Martin O, you can not be sued. Fear not. Once again, thank you guys.
This is a genuine story and with the information l have provided, l see no reasons for it to be removed.
You really do need to wade through the proper complaints process if you're going to be taken seriously.
The only way forward is to find someone qualified in the relevant area of medicine who's willing to act as an expert witness.Without that you haven't much chance.Avoid making too much of Psych problems,it will make it harder to find someone willing to go into bat for you,stick to the medical issues.
