Nancy, It might help if we knew what state you are from because the legislation is different in each state.

Each case is different but if the court accepts an undertaking that should be it,just the one hearing.Best chance of the court accepting that option is to sign up for counseling before you get there.

laugh out loud and when someone want to show that he/she is a good mood they right lol ok!!!!!! usually when someone say somthing funny the other person reply with lol but in my case i say it when im in a good mood.

Nancy, i think you have exhausted this avenue of help & advice. As is stated a few posts ago, I doubt anybody can offer you anything further here.

You have said that you have arranged counseling, I think that is the proper course of action.

Hi Nancy, I have read all the responses and I too feel that this thread has gone on long enough, the senior members and others appear to have given you all the advise they can.
