Hi All

I have posted a few messages about my situation, I was represented at court this week and have plead guilty to an amount of money that is a lot less than the amount sought by my ex employers.

Apparently the prosecutor and they have agreed to this amount.

It is between 7-10K and I am hoping to avoid a prison sentence, and the prosecutor has stated that they are not seeking same-this is to be confimed. Hearing is only a week before Christmas. My lawyer has done a great job and I continue to see a pyschologist who is helping me thru PTSD and a suicide attempt. I certainly hit the wall this time, but with family support I am on the road to recovery.

Will let you know how I go.
