Charged more than agreed?

I have recently left my employment because my employer was very unscrupulous. Since leaving many spiteful and dishonest things have been happening. Firstly, all staff have an account for clothing. On mine, the owner has begun charging admin fees that were not agreed upon in the beginning. She has added clothing to my account that she previously gifted to me, after I have left the job requiring me to pay for it after I have worn it, thus not having the option to return it. She has gone back on an agreed discount and increased the amount owing to herself. Is any of this legal?
